Re-veil-ed: Chronicle of the lost wedding veil

It looks like my veil is lost in the mail. It was delivered by USPS from the designer and I have a tracking number. However, when I got home from work excitedly waiting to get my veil, it was not there. Typically, USPS will leave me a note to come and get it at the local USPS if no one is home to take the delivery, but no such case occurred. The good thing is that the designer is extremely responsive and is willing to replace them if I perform the necessary procedures to make a claim. I'm so sad :( This is the first time that ever happens and I get a lot of packages deliver to my home, since it's the holiday season and I'm a fan of online shopping.
