It's almost time

When you get to the part of wedding planning where you have to think about program and escort cards, you know you are close to the finish line. I'm thinking about escort cards. Well to be honest, I've been thinking about escort cards a long time ago, but it was about the design and how I want to execute it. Now, we are actually in the process of making them.
The escort card is a pocket design whereby I can complete the cards before I have to do seatings. The pink piece of paper, where the guests' names and seating arrangement will be denoted, will slip into the pocket. The ribbon, by color, indicate the meal choices of each guests. I have 5 different meals for each guests (beef, chicken, fish, veggie, and child), which is previously selected. To make it look finished, I slip a photo request in the inside of the card to ensure that our guests load their photos onto flickr for all of us to share. I actually love how it turned out. Now, the debate then is whether to print the name cards or to have my father calligraphy them. He has such beautiful handwriting, and I so want to make it more personal. Would he mind writing out 100+ names and seating arrangement?
